How do you book an appointment?

To schedule a tattoo appointment, you can reach me via Instagram, email, or directly on this website.

Please provide a detailed description of the tattoo's elements, style, size, and placement in your message as well as some reference photos if you have any. You can also attach photos of the area you want to tattoo, especially if your new tattoo is meant to fit around previous pieces. If you're unsure about the placement, we can figure it out together during our appointment. After receiving your message, I'll provide a price estimate, answer any questions and schedule a date and time that works for both of us.

If you think you might need a consultation, scroll down on this page to learn how to get one.

Tattoo Aftercare

First 3-5 days

  • Your tattoo will be covered in a clear bandage we call second skin. (if you have sensitive skin, we can discuss an alternative method)

  • It’s normal to see plasma, blood and ink sitting on the surface of your tattoo, underneath the bandage. This is a natural part of the healing process and nothing to worry about.

  • Leave the bandage on for 3-5 days. You can shower normally, but don’t submerge your tattoo under water (swimming/hot tubs/etc).

  • Avoid strenuous exercise in the first days, so sweat doesn’t collect under your bandage.

  • The second skin should only be removed early if the plasma leaks out of it, or if it peels around the edges, leaving your tattoo uncovered.

Next 2-3 weeks

  • Remove your second skin in the shower with clean hands. Let warm water run over the area to help release the adhesive, then gently peel the bandage off.

  • To clean your new tattoo, gently wash the area with unscented soap. After washing, pat the tattoo dry with a clean paper towel or let ir air-dry. Avoid your regular cloth towel on your fresh tattoo to prevent any irritation or infection.

  • After your tattoo is fully dry, apply a thin layer of unscented moisturizer, and fully rub it in. (we recommend Aveeno).

  • Repeat the washing and moisturizing process a couple times a day for the first 2-3 weeks.

  • It's normal for your tattoo to scab or develop hard layers. However, never pick, scratch, or peel your tattoo as it can cause infection or affect the healing process. If you're worried about your tattoo being infected or not healing properly, please reach out to me.

  • Avoid swimming and sun exposure for about 2 weeks. You want to keep your tattoo dry and out of direct sun to give it the best chance to heal properly.

  • Even after your tattoo is fully healed, keeping moisturized and protected from the sun will improve it's longevity.

Consultations

What is a consultation?

  •  A consultation is a meeting we set up to talk about your tattoo. We'll chat about the design and come up with some ideas together, as well as address any questions or concerns. We'll figure out what looks the best and what's doable, and get to know each other!

  • I normally give my consultations online through Google Meets.

Do you need a consultation?

  • If you're planning on getting a big tattoo with a few different elements like a sleeve or a back piece, or if you want to add some new elements to your existing tattoo, it might be a good idea to schedule a consultation. You can also ask for one if you have any questions and want to be more involved in the design process. If I think a consultation would be beneficial based on your tattoo request, I'll let you know and we can schedule one together

How to get a consultation?

  • To book a free consultation, you can contact me just like you would to book an appointment. Simply mention in your message that you're interested in scheduling one and we'll take it from there.
